This recently updated home has been a family treasure since my grandparents purchased it nearly 50 years ago.
Why they chose this property
We grew up on California's central coast, and now make Santa Barbara our home. It is a wonderful place to live and we feel like we're vacationing in our own home town. This home is central to the Santa Ynez wine country, and just 90 minutes from Los Angeles.
