The property was beautiful and the location perfect! It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and resturuants. We traveled with a child with a disability and another young child and it was a comfortable stay. I would give a 10/10, but the bedroom smelled terribly of mold. The windows in one of the bedrooms did not open safely and the ceiling fans did not work, so the smell was oppressive and by the end of the stay felt overwhelming. The place was clean, so my husband thought it may have been the carpet. Without this factor I'd stay again and again, as we travel to Santa Barbara evey year.

The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach which makes it so easy to enjoy morning strolls and sunset views. It’s also surrounded by good restaurants and cafes. The house was beautifully furnished and well maintained. Everything felt clean and comfortable.We would absolutely come back again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It's an older building, but we love the style. It's quiet and in a great location close to everything. We rented bikes and biked everywhere. Beds were comfortable. We'll be back!

This upstairs apartment was amazing. This was the best kitchen well-stocked with absolutely anything and everything a family could use for their stay. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect. The dining room was comfortable and large. The living spaces were full of charm. I would definitely try to stay here again.

The property was just as described, perfect! Clean, comfy, and spacious. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to both state street shopping, the beach, and the pier. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We used the BBQ twice. The AC was also much appreciated as it was hot the days we were there. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Why they chose this property

We grew up on California's central coast, and now make Santa Barbara our home. It is a wonderful place to live and we feel like we're vacationing in our own home town. This home is central to the Santa Ynez wine country, and just 90 minutes from Los Angeles.
