Beautifully Decorated Condo Steps to Beach

We have Implemented an enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of our condo between stays for your health and safety. We also provide cleaning and disinfecting products for our guests to use.

Steps to the beach, ocean view, 2 heated pools, one is shallow for your little ones, hot tub, two cruiser bikes and 2 Huffy kid bikes, 4 boogie boards, 8 foot Wavestorm soft top surfboard, wetsuits of varied sizes, 4 beach chairs, beach tent, umbrella, cooler and sand toys.

One minute walk to world's safest beach which is rated the #1 swimming beach in California. The condo faces the Salt Marsh Nature Park and Estuary. Completely remodeled beginning of 2021. Downstairs unit with access to beach from the patio. Built-in bar on patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean, mountain, and sunset views. There is a gas grill on the patio for barbecuing. There is high speed internet, brand new Samsung 55 inch 4K UHD 120 Hc television with high end Samsung sound bar and electric fireplace with heat, a laundry room and a gated parking garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and barbecuing including olive oil, spices, coffee maker, Starbucks coffee and filters.

There are two queen beds and two roll away beds. Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

The condo is located at 4700 Sandyland Road, Unit 3
in the Solimar Sands complex at the corner of Sandyland Rd. and Ash St.

Beautiful beach known as "the world's safetst beach." Great place to surf and boogie board. Lifeguard and ocean activities center right there. Kayaks for rent. Great location. Walk to town or borrow our bikes. Great restaurants, shops, antique stores, two breweries and two wine bars. Safe town to let kids be kids! Excellent place to relax. Slow-paced town, but it's only 10 minutes to Santa Barbara if you want nightlife.

This place was exactly as listed! Linda was an excellent host and great communicator. The place was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could imagine, and more. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels excellent quality. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope we can stay there again if needed. Parking area was gated which helped us on the weekend when traffic pickedUp for the beach people. Pool and hot tub were nice too. Loved the patio area and would have used it more except we had rain.. Highly recommend this property!!

Our family loved this place and we plan to come back again! Location was great, place was very clean and quiet, well stocked kitchen, and the bed was so comfortable! The host was amazing, very communicative and even left us a nice welcome gift basket.

Hopefully we get to stay here again!

Linda answered any questions we had promptly! The condo is so cozy and clean with everything you need! Literally steps from the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. My favorite part was sitting on the patio with my coffee in the morning listening to all the birds in the marsh! We will hopefully get to stay here again in our next visit!

Great property. We'd stayed here before, and it was just as good this time. Clean and just about everything we'd want in the kitchen. Perfect location, and we appreciated the availablilty body boards and a few sand toys/shovels. We appreciated the availability of an outdoor hose to wash off sand, though it could have been a few feet longer!

Carpinteria Getaway Trip

We booked an after Christmas getaway trip to Carpinteria and the condo was a perfect fit for our family. It is as nice as the pictures, nicely decorated, as pretty as the pictures, close to the beach and the town. Thank you Linda! Perfect Carp Get Away

This is a great property with owners that are easy to work with. Just a stone's throw to the beach, and and easy walk into town. We had a nice time, only negative was the weather, only saw the sun one day of the week we were there.

Amazing location and amenities

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family- a SHORT walk to amazing beach, small things like a stool kids could reach, great extras like wet suits, kids books, games etc. We also really enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was- between the spices and every bowl, platter, casserole dish and more we had it all! Personal preference did think the bed was a little soft, Also the marine air had gotten to the bikes so decided against riding them. Overall would recommend in a heartbeat!

Carp beach house

The property is as described, if not better. It has eveything you would need for a stay at the beach. You only need your toothbrush and a bathing suit. (There are even wetsuits of multiple sizes to choose from). Just steps from the sand and sea. We had a great stay!

Beach within steps from condo. Stanton Hosts provided yummy welcome basket! They have thought of everything: bikes, boogie boards, chairs & beach towels. Easy walking distance to main beach street, Linden. Restaurants with interesting craft cocktails and diverse menus. Highly recommend this property.

Best place in Carp

My family has visited Carp every summer for 16 years. While we have stayed at many VRBO’s this one undoubtedly takes the cake. Every owner could learn a lot from Linda.In addition to being immaculately clean, the unit was stocked with literally everything you could possibly want or need, and I mean everything. Just bring your clothing and toothbrush.Seriously.The location is perfect. Right across from the beach and in walking distance to town.Linda is a phenomenal host, and responded quickly to our text messages.If you’re debating where to stay, pull the trigger on this one!

Just what we were looking for and more!

This place!!! So glad we found it. Comfortable, cozy, cute and steps to beach as promised. greeted with a lovely gift basket which we devoured. Bonus was walking to train station for a day trip to spend day in Santa Barbara. Only downer was lack of sun but who cares when you're lucky enough to be at the beach 😊.

Just Pack Your Clothes!

Well equipped condo including beach gear, full pantry, a thoughtful gift basket of wine and munchies, and assorted other creature comforts. The beach was a half skip and a small jump away. We were looking for comfort and relaxation, and we hit the bull's eye finding this delightful property. Thanks Linda and Rick!

It's an amazing beach where kids of all ages can splash, swim, boogie board, surf, and just play in the sand! We love that it's easy to walk or ride bikes to get around the cozy town. Once we arrive we don't have to drive to get around!
