You can leave your car in the covered carport and walk to town for shopping and restaurants. New 42-inch SMART LED TV with cable...wireless internet...fully equipped kitchen...4 ceiling fans...plenty of sheets and towels ...beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach mats in storage locker. Or check in time was at 4:00, and our wedding was on the beach at 5:00, Elena and there cleaning staff worked out so we could check in an hour early, which made a world of difference, thank you, Brian Krista

Great property/Great location

So many good things to say about this property. It was clean, loved the little balcony overlooking the water and boats. Saw Dolphins both days we stayed. The pool was nice after a day at beach. Sand Key and Clearwater are both very close. Also the property has an umbrella and chairs you can use at the beach which was very nice.

Wonderful Stay…again

Feel like it’s our home away from home. We thoroughly enjoy our stay at bayside in Clearwater Beach. We feel close to everything and quite comfortable and safe in our surroundings. This studio condo has everything we need with wonderful views of the boats and water and often dolphins and sea life. Can’t wait to come back again. Great location, easy to get to everything and great view of waterway right outside windows. Condo perfect for 2, very clean and efficient. Had no problems at all everything worked in condo. 2nd time staying and will stay again. All suggestions made by manager were great and appreciated.

Labor Day weekend trip

The condo was perfect. The bed /pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning unit was able to keep up with the heat. Sitting on thr balcony drinking coffee and having breakfast while we watched the dolphins was spectacular. Nice easy walk to pier 60 area although beach, entertainment and convenience store wet all much closer to the condo if you decide not to go the distance to the sea wall and pier

Amazing doesn't even describe these beautiful condos!!

My dad and I stayed at the Bayside Condos as i was there to have surgery in Tampa. From the host being truly amazing and so kind to help when i couldn't find the code on the email to which I'm critically ill but she helped me rough no hesitation an then the condo was absolutely beautiful and when i say the host had thought of everything down to the pool noodles and sunscreen they had! Then the view was truly amazing!! I've already booked my next surgery stay with these condos next month as ill never stay another place until i relocate there!! Even with being a short stay this time thank you for making it an amazing stay that was comfortable for my surgery!!! Highly recommended!!

Quiet stay by the bay

Loved my stay at this quiet location overlooking the bay and the boats of the marina. Close to all the beaches and just far enough away from the crowds. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice studio, with a beautiful balcony view. Watched the dolphins from the balcony every morning at sunrise. Everything was comfortable, and amenities were great, pool, beach towels, kitchen essentials, etc. Location was also great, quiet area, away from the "busy" areas, but still close to everything. My son and I walked and biked to the beach, and everywhere inbetween.

Why they chose this property

With retirement looming, we wanted to be able to spend some of the year in a beach town and searched the California coast. When we found Carpinteria, we knew we had found the perfect place. We wanted a quiet complex at the beach and easy walking distance to town. We have friends and family in southern California and we wanted to be able to take the train to visit them and to take advantage of all the region has to offer without having to drive.

What makes this property unique

After two years of looking for a place to buy, we fell in love with this condo. It is the only unit in the building that has a full bedroom as well as a loft bedroom. Since we stay here several weeks a year ourselves, the condo is a home, not just a rental property. We want our guests to feel the same way.
