A wonderful stay in Carp at the beginning of my move to CA, a super apartment with all amenities at a great location. The host has really supported me greatly in arranging everything, simplifying my arrival and integration to the a super area.

Perfect location

We had a fantastic weekend. This condo is in the perfect location. Just one block from the beach and a 10 min walk into town. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure is awesome. The owners have everything you need for a fun day at the beach, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. I would totally stay here again.

Carpenteria is my go- to vacation location. This was my 3rd trip, 2nd in this lovely condo and I hope to return next year and years to come. The location it perfect, the neighborhood/neighbors are wonderful. I highly recommend this rental

Excellent communication!

Originally we had this trip planned for April 2022, unfortunately, our flights were canceled in Seattle, and we were unable to make it at that time. Sarah, the owner, generously allowed us to postpone our trip until March 2023 instead without any extra fees! Communication with her was quick and easy! The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay! It was a very quick walk to the beach and state park area. In fact, we walked all over town because the location was so great! Highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment!

Very Comfortable

Upgraded and modern accommodations in apartment complex setting. Close to everything. Walk to beach or downtown for a glass of wine, dinner or shopping. Quiet but train runs through town a couple of blocks away. No horms agfter 9:30 pm or before 8:30 am, so no issues.

Wonderful long weekend stay

My daughter was in town for a lacrosse tournament at the Polo grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed being steps from the beach. The local shopping and dining was also very convenient and within walking distance.

Es war eine schöne Interkunft strandnah

Es fehlte an nichts, außer ein Balkon wäre schön gewesen, aber man konnte auch eine Treppe hinunter gehen und dort waren Tische und Stühle und auch ein Grill.

Just Beautiful!

This was our first time to Carp and boy did we loooove it. But this beautiful condo was truly the icing on the cake. Very functional, well stocked, nicely updated - we truly loved staying here. And the complex was so close to the beach and also had a very nice pool of its own. We would love to come back every year!

We love Carp! Great little unit. Great communication.

We visited during Spring Break with our 2 tween kids. The unit was very comfortable and the property manager was extremely responsive. The grills were great and the pool was actually heated to a great swimmable even for me temperature. It was clean and rarely used. Kitchen was adequately equipped (minus a normal sized baking sheet which I already mentioned to the prop. manager for which she thanked me for pointing out and so hopefully one will make it into the unit). I always try to go to the unit first before heading to the store so that I can see what it might be missing but I didn't find myself having to buy basics like salt, oil etc. We enjoyed it and would come again.

Bigger Than Pictured and Steps from the Beach

Fantastic rental close to the State Beach, with excellent communication, assistance and recommendations from the Owner. Kids loved the pool and separate bedroom. The perfect spot to relax, explore & surf in sunny and friendly Carpinteria.

Great condo in a great town!

This condo is really a sweet spot to stay while in Carpinteria. It's in a quiet complex super close to the beach and walkable to Linden Street shops and restaurants. It was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. My husband and I were here for five weeks and worked remotely M-F with no problem. We had a friend come in for a dive trip, then our daughter and son-in-law for Christmas, and it worked well with the super comfy Murphy bed in the living room. Great communication with the manager, very attentive. I definitely recommend this property!

Beach Family Vacation

Great location. Good layout. No comforters, old pillow with yellow stains, some dust and debris on the floor. Had quite a bit trouble finding the access to the parking and locating the unit (we arrived after dark) - better instructions and map would help. We were also not told that there is property manager in the complex for assistance.

Carpinteria

We had a great time in Carpinteria. We attended a wedding and this rental was awesome. Very clean. The communication was great. I can’t say enough how much of an effortless transaction this was. If you want to be by the water and walking distance to everything you need, I would recommend this property.

Everything we needed near the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is just a block to the beach, and there were beach chairs, towels, umbrella and boogie board for us to use. Inside, it had everything we needed for meals and relaxation, and the WiFi was strong enough to do work meetings. Communication was great - and they’re actually sending us an important item we left behind, which is so appreciated.

What makes this property unique

Carpinteria really is a wonderful unspoiled small town. It has a warm feel that makes you relax as soon as you arrive. We love that we can walk to everything. The beach is just steps from our condo and we enjoy walking onto the sand for an early morning jog or evening sunset walk. Excellent restaurants are just a couple blocks away and shopping is also close by. There are many places to hike, bike, and enjoy all the natural beauty Carpinteria has to offer.
