Small 1 bedroom (Large studio with alcove bedroom). Perfect for a couple's weekend getaway. 1/2 block to one of the best beaches in Southern California. NOTE: Main photo is from the hallway. Inside the condo is a mountain view.
Walk to practically all of the many fine restaurants in town, walk the raised path along Carpinteria beach dunes or walk across the street to the beach. Fully-stocked condo includes wi-fi and 100-channel flat-screen TV. Fold-out couch can sleep a youngster upon approval. Beach cruiser bike with combo lock available.

It was very nice and so close to the beach. I thought from the pictures it was a one bedroom, but it is a studio apartment. It was perfect for what my son and I needed. We had a great time and love staying in Carp and near the beach.

What a lovely Condo! It’s very well appointed and close to the beach. Everything was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. My only suggestion would be to state that it does not have a beach view.

EZ check in…Had everything we needed for our stay. Wifi access was good. Great location near beach and ez walk to restaurants and shops.Gated parking, area to lock up bikes, beach, chairs, beach towels, and umbrella supplied. Kitchen was well stocked bathroom was fine (needed extra bath towels.)Another mirror in the bedroom would be helpful.Other than that, it was great!

Great Beach Retreat

This condo is perfectly located - a minute walk to the beach and several minutes walk to restaurants, shops, bars, a grocery store, and the Amtrak station. Santa Barbara and Ventura are a half-hour drive. The unit is ideal for a couple or solos and the owner is very responsive. Pool and hot tub access is included as well as off-street parking.
