Beautifully Decorated Condo Steps to Beach

We have Implemented an enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of our condo between stays for your health and safety. We also provide cleaning and disinfecting products for our guests to use.

Steps to the beach, ocean view, 2 heated pools, one is shallow for your little ones, hot tub, two cruiser bikes and 2 Huffy kid bikes, 4 boogie boards, 8 foot Wavestorm soft top surfboard, wetsuits of varied sizes, 4 beach chairs, beach tent, umbrella, cooler and sand toys.

One minute walk to world's safest beach which is rated the #1 swimming beach in California. The condo faces the Salt Marsh Nature Park and Estuary. Completely remodeled beginning of 2021. Downstairs unit with access to beach from the patio. Built-in bar on patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean, mountain, and sunset views. There is a gas grill on the patio for barbecuing. There is high speed internet, brand new Samsung 55 inch 4K UHD 120 Hc television with high end Samsung sound bar and electric fireplace with heat, a laundry room and a gated parking garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and barbecuing including olive oil, spices, coffee maker, Starbucks coffee and filters.

There are two queen beds and two roll away beds. Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

The condo is located at 4700 Sandyland Road, Unit 3
in the Solimar Sands complex at the corner of Sandyland Rd. and Ash St.

Beautiful beach known as "the world's safetst beach." Great place to surf and boogie board. Lifeguard and ocean activities center right there. Kayaks for rent. Great location. Walk to town or borrow our bikes. Great restaurants, shops, antique stores, two breweries and two wine bars. Safe town to let kids be kids! Excellent place to relax. Slow-paced town, but it's only 10 minutes to Santa Barbara if you want nightlife.

We truly loved our stay here in Carpinteria. Linda was the perfect host -- quick with responses and helpful. The place was so well stocked (kitchen, beach things, etc). and an easy walk to the beach. Such a fun little town for us to explore. We cannot wait to come back!

This place was exactly as listed! Linda was an excellent host and great communicator. The place was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could imagine, and more. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels excellent quality. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope we can stay there again if needed. Parking area was gated which helped us on the weekend when traffic pickedUp for the beach people. Pool and hot tub were nice too. Loved the patio area and would have used it more except we had rain.. Highly recommend this property!!

Another wonderful holiday in Carpinteria. We come every year and try to stay in Linda's condo as it is almost like a 2nd home. Beautifully decorated, lovely views from the patio and really well equipped. Everyone in the complex as a whole is very friendly. Thank you!

This is a comfortable condo conveniently located within 1 block of the beach, a marsh to view birds and wildlife, and an easy walk into downtown Carpinteria where there are many quaint shops and a variety of restaurants. It has a well equipped kitchen, a new electric grill on the patio, and everything you need to spend the day at the beach. The condo complex has a two pools and hot tub. Parking is free and convenient. The owner is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. My husband and I had a lovely time.

Four of us - adults with teens. Had a great time. The location is perfect - so close to the beach. Condo is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards etc. The kitchen is well stocked as well. I recommend for a beach vacay.
