Very convenient location for State Street access, restaurants, and cafés. It’s on a commercial block which isn’t itself beautiful, and there’s some street noise given location, but a very convenient location.

The house was just as described on the website! It’s beautifully decorated and very well-appointed, with no detail overlooked. The host was incredibly responsive and caring. Plus, the location is close to many major attractions, making it super convenient for walking everywhere. We’re definitely planning to return!

The house was very comfortable. It is close to State Street and about a 25 minute walk to the beach. Our host was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our four night stay here. The parking is across the street but that was easy.

This was such a cute and very very clean home. It had everything that we would need and more. I highly recommend this to anyone. Also the location was perfect. Walking to everything or a 5 to 10 minute uber. We had a blast and beds were super comforable.

Extremely well stocked house with every kitchen amenity you could need and a sweet welcome basket. Perfect location, walkable to everywhere but with a parking space to safely leave a car. It’s really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the AC was crisp.

This place was a perfect place to stay for my son’s wedding in Santa Barbara. Location was wonderful, plenty of room inside and out, and had everything we needed for our visit. Josef made the check in process painless and was extremely attentive to any questions I had. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting SB!!

In town for our 25th anniversary. Bike riding, whale watching. Really nice place close to everything. Stay was great. Host is very responsive and property was very nice. The property photos are accurate. State St is two blocks away. Beach was a short walk or bike ride. We would definitely stay again.

Loved, loved, LOVED Josef's unit. The pictures don't do it justice. This is an extremely well appointed 2 bd/2 bath home with full kitchen (two sinks!). The décor and amenities were all first rate. From the beautiful welcome basket stocked with wine and goodies to the first rate dishware, to the outdoor patio and fire table, it's pretty obvious that Josef put a lot of thought, time and hard work into making his guests feel welcome and at ease. Josef was super easy to work with and answered all of my questions and inquiries right away. I'm keeping this little gem locked up in my memory bank and will be back soon! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful unit and for being so gracious to us!!
