Really an excellent property. Off street parking right at the unit. Super easy check-in and access. Home was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. AC in the main area kept the home nice and cool on a couple of warm days. State St 1.5 blocks away. Beach an easy 10 minute walk. Really great value for the quality and location.

It was perfect. We were in town for our daughter's wedding. The property was as advertised. Great location, an easy walk to State Street, beach, Funk Zone and restaurants. Very clean and well-stocked with everything you could ever need. Great outdoor space and parking. Highly recommend

This property was first rate. Great location near the main shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach. The house is well stocked with everything you need and lots of space to lounge around. The private patio is great for enjoying morning coffee. There is ample parking. Highly recommend.

Homey Stay

Loved staying at this property! The house was very clean, with lots of cleaning supplies to maintain it during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with every dish and tool you'll ever need! Loved the proximity to State street and front patio area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great property with a nice big courtyard

Beautiful fully remodeled property with a really nice fenced in courtyard so you can enjoy Santa Barbara’s wonderful weather. I highly recommend this property.
