The pictures greatly overrated the property. Two of the three bathrooms and bedrooms were very small. The kitchen was even smaller only allowing one person to effectively work in it. The outside furniture especially off the small bedroom downstairs were very dirty. The main outdoor area ,had dirty chairs and cushions as well and were somewhat worn. The property is well overpriced for what it Delivers. I will not be back.

Dear guest, I am sorry that you found that the home was not satisfactory up to your standards and expectations. I noticed that you have misinterpreted before booking the size of the kitchen and the caliber of the house. The photos listed are professionally taken and meant to reflect the content and the caliber of the house interior design and the provided amenities, but not the square footage of the house, which is mentioned in a separate section of the property description. I respectfully suggest for any of your future bookings, to be more prudent and inquire from the hosts about their space and communicate efficiently your inquiries/expectations/needs to hosts; rather than sharing later your disappointments and negative experiences. This way it is not misleading to the public and it is fair to the hosts/owners that accommodate you in their homes.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is extremely clean, fully equipped, and cozy—it truly felt like a home away from home. The entire location is very private, and the outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxing.It’s in a fantastic area, just a short walk to Butterfly Beach and Coast Village, where you’ll find a great selection of restaurants, shops, and bars. The house came with beach chairs and umbrellas, which made our beach days even easier.At first, we were a bit concerned about the proximity to the highway, but there was absolutely no noise at any time during our stay—it was peaceful and quiet throughout.The high-speed internet was excellent—we were even able to get some work done during our stay. In the evenings, we enjoyed winding down by the fireplace watching TV, which made the space feel even cozier.Adham, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful. He also recommended using ResortPass to access the amenities at the Rosewood Miramar Resort, which was a wonderful bonus.Highly recommend this place—would definitely stay again!
