In total, there are 4 complete bathrooms, 4 ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the living room, plus a table fan. All bedrooms are air conditioned. There is a hairdryer available. The house has a complete and equipped kitchen integrated with the living room, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster, sandwich maker and a large table for meals. It also has a freezer. The balcony on the ground floor has a barbecue and simple table with chairs for outside meals. Service area complete with washing machine and iron.

The land is a large green area with many fruit seedlings, some already producing and a 25,500 liter pool, whose maintenance is guaranteed once a week. Extra visits by a swimming pool leave at the expense of the tenant. Wide terrain, flat and all lawn, for well being, rest and privacy, a place to enjoy and appreciate nature.

As it is a highly residential area, noise is not allowed after 10 pm.
