Super locale in heart of wine and brewery trails, close to quaint villages of Hammondsport and Penn Yan, convenient to restaurants, public launches, marinas.
Oversized yard with large lawn, meadow with paths, small forest with stream, firepit, swing, hammock, outdoor gas grill. Adjacent to a vineyard. Drive right to dwelling with ample parking. Large deck overlooks Keuka Lake. Easy access to living areas, 2 master bedrooms and deck via ramp from parking. Pack-n-play, child beds, toys, highchair, etc for the kids.
