Large living room with 42 'TV with hdtv and parabolic light. WI-FI. House w / 4 suites with air conditioner, lcd tv, parabolic, closet, another room with air, which is small (4sqm) and faces the outside area at the back of the house. Toilet, large living room, American kitchen with built-in cabinets, refrigerator bíplex, microwave and etc. 400 thread count linens and face towels are provided. House well ventilated, surrounded by very green. Pool with stingray and deck overlooking the sea, sauna also with sea view and all private barbecue of the house. Garage for 4/5 cars, sea view from the bedrooms and living room. The house is in a gated community, in a very quiet cul-de-sac, neighbor only on one side because on the other has a green area of approximately 800 m². Tennis court with synthetic grass. The house is in a very quiet part of geriba, with easy access to the beach, without congestion and turmoil.
