This ground-floor space comes fully furnished for contemporary comfort. In-home essentials include an updated full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. The shared porch is the perfect place to start your day with morning coffee while the communal backyard provides a sunny spot for afternoon cocktails. Families with children can enjoy nearby fun at Pirate's Watch Adventure Golf (0.2 mi) or Wahoo Water Park (0.3 mi). Golfers can tee it up at Whispering Pines Golf Course (1.5 mi) and anglers can cast off at either Springmaid Pier or 2nd Ave Pier - both are within a two-mile radius. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
