*5 minute walk to the beach

*close to all main attractions and Broadway at the Beach

* 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, washer and dryer are upstairs.

*Sleep up to 6 guests.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 restroom downstairs.

*2 Queen beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*Guests will have the entire place to themselves, owner is not on premises.

*1 parking spot in the back next to the house.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Very quiet neighborhood with multiple residential units, close to the beach and the center of the city. Guests must keep the quiet time especially at night time and respect the neighbors



Getting Around:

You can walk or use car, bike or Uber to get around.

*Must climb stairs to 2nd floor.

*Please review my house rules.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

-Host was exceptionally responsive to all communications.-Location is quiet, private and a reasonable walk to to the beach for adults and older kids, but there are no sidewalks until you get to King, which you have to cross. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. -Kitchen was well equipped, but could use a kettle and more than one towel. Information on where to get compatible coffee k-cups would be useful.-There is no real place to sit outside.

While kettle is not currently listed as an amenity, I will certainly take that into consideration. For coffee, the unit is equipped for standard K-cups , which are widely available at nearby grocery stores for convenience.

Myrtle Beach

We had an absolute blast staying here. We didn't spend much time inside due to taking in the sights. But the home is outstanding. Was perfect for our little family to relax with just a few minutes walk to the beach.
