Welcome to our vacation home at Myrtle Beach--Gulfstream Cottages 304! A beautifully decorated, brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, with brand new furniture, electronics, and appliances. It is located just one block from the beach!

Our rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, king size bed with firm mattress, computer desk, 39' 1080p HDTV.
-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, one queen bed, one twin bed, 39' HDTV.
-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo and soap provided.
-Living room: Wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen size sleeper sofa, 48' HD smart TV with 100+ standard cable channels, High speed Wi-Fi access (standard internet)
-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware
-Dining area: dining table seating for six, additional seating for two at the counter
-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer
-Enclosed backyard with patio, with a charcol grill and table/chairs seating for four
-Covered front porch with comfortable chairs
-Beach chairs (6) and beach umbrella (1) provided
-Private community pool just across the property
-Monthly rent is available from Nov to Feb.

Great place to lay your head!

Our family attended a busy spring break in Myrtle Beach and this rental was great to have a spot to lay our heads and reset for our next adventure.Victor was very communicative and helpful throughout the process!

Nice place despite the weather

The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortably furnished - no complaints. Nice location - 1 block from beach access and a short walk to a K&W Cafeteria and other restaurants. Due to the inclement weather, we spent much more time inside than we planned so the large flat screen tv's and DVD player were much appreciated. The owner, Victor, contacted us a couple of times to make sure all was good.

Great location - close to the beach and quiet

My husband and I spent a week in this house in February. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the helpfulness and courtesy of the owners. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the beach within 5 minutes. We enjoy walking and this house house was also very close (a 50 minute walk) to the Market Commons area where there are good restaurants and a few upper scale shops. We particularly enjoyed the state parks and visiting historic Georgetown. We were happy that we chose this property as it was quiet and away from the hubbub and noise of the beach corridor. Thank you to Victor and Pei for sharing their house.

Senior Trip to Myrtle Beach

My friends and I decided to head to Myrtle Beach for our senior trip. We came across these Townhomes and decided to try and get one of them. After looking around and reading reviews we decided that this was the best option for us. As soon as we got to the house, we realized that we had made the right decision by picking this home. The interior of the house was very nice and had good wood flooring. We were all shocked at how nice it was for the price. Also, all the amenities that came with it was awesome. We got a lot of use from the four beach chairs and the beach umbrella. Victor also provided a couple of soap packets for both the dishwasher and clothes washer which was very nice. The rooms were nice and the foldable bed came in handy so we could each have our own bed. The location is great at just a block away from the beach. I would definitely recommend this home to both families and kids. Victor was also very well with communicating and being there if we needed him.

Great home in a great location. From door to beach was less than 5 minutes. Was great having 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. House well stocked, it had everything you would need. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would 100% stay here again.

Just What We Needed

This property is in excellent condition and provided us with everything wee needed for a week long vacation. The location was only a block from the beach and in a safe area. Victor was absolutely wonderful to communicate with - as he stayed on top of any issues and checked in on us throughout the week, without us having to call him. We will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant cottage

The location is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay in the quiet space. Our only complaint was the weather. The hostess was very friendly and accessible. We would definitely consider this location for future visits to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Excellent place to stay

Excellent place to say. Great location. Great price. Everything neat and tidy. What else can I say about this place. Victor is a wonderful host. Very attentive and replied to all my questions and needs asap. The weather could have been nicer as it was a guys golf trip. But that’s out of everyone’s hands. HahahWould book again here for sure.

Very clean property with everything you need. Kitchen well equipped. Host was FABULOUS. Close to the beach and several restaurants. Walmart Neighborhood market is right around the corner. Easy check in/out. Host very attentive!

Bike week vacation

Stayed for 3 nights for bike week. This cute cozy home was perfect for our bike week stay. It was great having two full bathrooms for four adults. Linens, towels were provided. Also a washer and dryer. This was a great place. Owner was very responsive. Code lock on door so you don't need to carry keys. Would absolutely stay here Again!

Very clean and great location

The check in process was very easy and Victor was extremely helpful with accommodations and quickly got back to us with any questions we had. When we arrived everything was all set for us and was just cleaned and the location is perfect as it is walking distance to the beach as well as restaurants. I highly recommend this property and hope to come stay again!
