Across the street from Minglewood Hall and smack dab in the middle of Overton Square and the Crosstown/Medical District.
Enjoy this spacious 5 bedroom (2 units) home.

Unit 1 and 2 are yours.

Getting Around:
Unless walking in the neighborhood or to Overton Square/Park, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.

Other Things to Note:
This specific block is in the process of gentrification so some houses look dilapidated. That and we are across the street from Home Depot and Cash Saver. Cash Saver is an awesome grocery store and has the best beer selection in town of anywhere, but it is a cheaper grocery store. So there are more people walking around the neighborhood than usual in midtown.
You are safe, but please be aware of your surroundings.
