Yearly Friend Trip

This home was great, beautiful decor, spacious with open concept.Easy access to freeway leading to multiple areas. The backyard was nice. would suggest a bbq grill and fire pit. The only complaint was a roach issue but the host did respond immediately. She brought foggers. We did release them while we left for the day, hopeful that would work. That was the only issue, other than that this is a wonderful place to enjoy.

Just as described!

Beautiful home ! Property is close to everything to do in Memphis. Quiet neighborhood. No issues. Home is beautifully decorated. Owner has great taste. One of the best VRBO rentals I’ve stayed in. Property is just what is described. Would very much rent again if staying in Memphis.

Best rental home I've ever stayed in!

Hands down the best rental that ive ever stayed in. Very clean, great attention to detail, and easy check in process. I would love to stay here again. However there are two things that I was dissatisfied with. First and most importantly, it was Very Very hot upstairs. The thermostat did not work and hot air blew out of the vents. The rest of the house was hot as well. When I turned the Nest thermostat to 65 someone off sight (or maybe it was just the settings) would turn it up to 75-76. Every night I woke up drenched. Secondly, I dont think it's fair to have to remove linen from the beds and take out the trash with the clean up fee being so high.

Perfect Location & Perfect Accommodations

Our girls group, ages 19-80, found this setting PERFECT. The location couldn't be better and the house is perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. When I say the location couldn't be better - I mean it! Literally minutes from downtown and Beale Street and only 15/20 minutes from everything else! The owner was quick to respond when we had some questions and very willing to assist. We were provided snacks and he had all the little niceties in the bathrooms! It was just wonderful! We would all stay here again in a second!
