Hello. My fiancée and I just got back from almost a week stay here. Overall it served our purpose of place to sleep, shower and eat. Place was ok, bed is only a double with no room to have a night stand next to it for phone, watch, etc so we had to improvise. Closing the bathroom door and having the upstairs AC run was key as we noticed with door open it didn’t get as cool the first day, problem solved once we closed the door. Not sure if place is pet friendly but downstairs definitely smelled of wet dog (we probably missed the pet friendly tag when searching so that’s on us). Kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and random lunches. Only 1 small skillet so bring another bigger one if you plan on cooking more food at once (we used a pot to cook bacon, while eggs cooked in skillet).Location is just off strip so you don’t hear all the constant cars and motorcycles all day, bring a flashlight if you’re out walking and returning at dark, as street lighting only goes back so far and you want the flashlight to keep an eye out for the skunk family. A screen door for both the front door and the sliding glass door to back porch would be perfect as it would allow a nice breeze right through the living room. For the price per night it was good, wouldn’t stay here again but still overall good place.ThanksMark
