This third floor unit has a fantastic view of the beach, pool and Gulf of Mexico. This condo offers a Premium Amenity Package that includes complimentary beach service (1 umbrella, 2 chairs set up for you daily, FREE Paddle Board and Kayak use (up to 1 hour per day - March - October)! This is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath beachfront condo and has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TV's, DVD WI-FI and beach front balcony that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot. The unit will sleep 8 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months! | Enjoy the gulf side pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, barbeque grilling area, complimentary beach service (seasonally) and well equipped fitness room during your family beach vacation. Very nice place with great views

Nice place for a few people to enjoy some beach time. I really like the location, parking, and elevator being so convenient for load in and out. Will stay here again next time I am in town.

Spring Break '24

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacation for 4 days in Ft. Walton at Island Princess. Nice location and right on the beach. Although it was nice, it could use some updating in the unit. In addition there was a water leak in one of the bathrooms that went into the bedroom carpet. This caused a terrible smell for a couple days as it seems that it may have leaked prior to our visit. One of pieces of furniture had water damage on the legs. The response time was very quick when we told them about it and they attempted a fix within the day. The smell, however, was not pleasant and they brought air freshener but that only covered it for a short period of time.
