Our four-season Denvic House sits perched above semi-private Denvic Lake in Northern Ontario — a rare gem where only homeowners and their guests have access to the water.

Surrounded by old-growth forest, Denvic House offers all the amenities of home in a breathtaking natural setting. The main house comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests across three cozy bedrooms (plus a pull-out couch). For larger groups or anyone who wants extra space, you can also add our Denvic Loft — a two-bedroom, three-season cottage right next door that sleeps an additional 4 guests.

🛏 Sleeping Arrangements:

Denvic House: 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 double) + pullout couch in living room — sleeps up to 8



Denvic Loft (optional add-on): 2 bedrooms — sleeps up to 4 more guests (available May–October; heat and hydro year-round, no running water in winter)



🍳 Kitchen:

Fully stocked with all the essentials — high-quality appliances, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, and sugar. Take dinner outside and cook lakeside on the Weber propane BBQ.

🛋 Living Room:

Relax on the sectional (also a pullout), stream your favourite shows on the 55” Smart TV, or unplug with our selection of board games, books, and adult colouring materials.

🚿 Bathroom:

Enjoy our spa-like 3-piece bathroom with premium hair and body wash, a blow dryer, and other toiletries.

🌲 Outside:

Enjoy 4 acres of privacy — all yours to explore. A wrap-around deck, outdoor dining area, multiple picnic tables, and a fire pit in our enchanted old-growth forest make it easy to soak up lakefront life. Firewood and kindling are provided.

🐶 Pet-Friendly:

Bring your pups! The yard is fully fenced and connects to the deck, so your dogs can safely enjoy their vacation too. Bowls provided.

📶 Connectivity:

Stay connected with Starlink Internet — fast and reliable enough for remote work.

🍽 Food & Local Finds:

A local lodge just 2 minutes away serves a legendary Sunday brunch. You’ll also find diners, cafés, antique shops, groceries, and even restaurant delivery from nearby Spanish, ON. Don’t miss the nearby Mennonite community for farm-fresh eggs, grass-fed meats, produce, and homemade bread.

🛶 Things to Do:

Summer: swim, kayak, hike, and fish for bass and pike.

Winter: ice fish, snowshoe, or hit the OFSC snowmobile trails.

Visit nearby Chutes Provincial Park for waterfalls and scenic hikes, or explore the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail through the stunning LaCloche foothills.

And when the sun sets, look up — our guests come from across the world to stargaze and watch the Northern Lights dance across a dark, unpolluted sky.
