Why they chose this property
I have been coming to Marco Island for 13 years to visit my snowbird parents. I love the mix of upscale and casual dining, numerous water activities (boating, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing), and lots of fun places to explore nearby (Goodland, Isle of Capri, the Everglades).
What makes this property unique
The Sands is a friendly, centrally located complex that offers tennis/pickle ball, community grills, hot tub, and weekly happy hours by the pool. This 3rd floor unit has unobstructed westerly views of the Gulf of Mexico, without the beachfront prices.
