The host booked one of my three rooms for the wrong days. At check in I needed to purchase another room directly from the Sonesta Hotel. It took the host three days while i was on vacation to straighten this situation out costing me breakfasts that was included in my VRBO purchase.

Worst communication

The property and location were great. I had and still am having the worst communication / follow up thus far. 1. I didn't receive and check in information and had to call support while waiting in the hotel lobby to connect with the property manager. 2. I had questions about late check out and contacted the property manager, but finally heard back from them 3 days later... 3. I asked for a copy of the hotel receipt as there were some unexpected charges. This request was originally ignored until I followed up on it one week later. A month has passed and still have no received any updates. Very disappointing customer service with absolutely no communication involved.
