2 days prior to arrival you will be sent the exact address/ check-in details and instructions.

You will have access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the (locked) owners closet.

Keyless self entry with a smart lock keypad. The code will be sent 2 hours before check-in on check-in day. Check-in time is 4pm.

Other things to note
✽Roads are paved and flat, except for a small portion (~400 feet) of gravel in the Cul de sac right in front of the driveway. The short driveway is concrete and is on a hill with plenty of room for 3 vehicles to park at the top. Drive slow going up and slow going down and you'll be fine.
✽✽4WD HIGHLY recommended in winter months.

HOUSE RULES:
✽Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (Sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children)
✽Must be 25+ years old to rent cabin.
✽No-smoking/vaping policy inside the property. You can smoke outside just please collect cigarette butts and don't throw on property. The outdoor seated area next to the grill is perfect for smoking.
✽No fireworks allowed onsite.
✽No pets allowed.
✽No fires or open flames of any kind outside or inside -- including candles.
✽Hot tub rules must be followed at all times. Children must be accompanied by parents at all times. No alcohol or glass near hot tub. *USE AT OWN RISK!

KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED to keep unwanted visitors from entering the cabin.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.

✽ We have stocked the cabin with start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay.
