This Cabin is everything you would want to have a dream vacation in the smoking mountain area, is located in Sevierville, just minutes Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, we are 7 mins to town and 15 to Dollywood. Smokies National Park, Dixie Stampede. Close to all the local Attractions Douglas Lake, Helicopters Rides, Outlet Malls, 8 minutes Sevierville convention center, Movies, restaurants, The Island, Wine and Moonshine tasting, and much more...

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet is available along with HDTVs in every room.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
1) 1 King Sized bedroom (floor down)
2) 1 King Sized Bedroom (floor down)
3) 1 Queen Sized bed and 1 twin bed (floor up)
4) 2 Full sized beds (floor up)
The Playroom for lots of fun, a pool table will have sound system, TV and You can challenge your friends and family to a game.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare amazing meals and serve them around an impressive custom-made granite countertop, big enough to fit a family of 8 or more. The kitchen also comes with double sinks, and granite counter.

Security: For your protection and ours, there are security cameras on the front porch and driveway. These cameras automatically record audio and video of the exterior of the property.

Property usable: No large events, (Only birthday or wedding celebrations, no more than 20 people) / No smoking indoors/ No illegal uses allowed/ No drugs allowed/ No fireworks allowed onsite

The Cabin is DOG Friendly, (Up to dog) okay upon approval and with and additional $100.00 for one dog and $150 for two dog, maximum 2 pets are allowed and Maximum 20 or 25 pounds.

NOTES
-Guest access: Access via door code will be given a few days before check-in. The entire cabin will be yours.
-Towels and bathroom paper will be provided for the first day. You will provide the propane if you are going to use it, you will find the tank there next to the grill.
-When there is dog hair on beds and furniture, a fee of $29.00 dollars will be charged for extra cleaning.
-If you leave the sink full of dirty things, you will be charged a fee of $29.00 for extra cleaning.

Overall the cabin was very clean and cozy and we had enough room for seven adults to sleep and relax. Only issues were the TV system was not very user friendly and the main bathroom toilet would not fill up after flushing at certain times. Other than those two issues we an an excellent stay.

Perfect family spot

Overall it was a good stay. The only issues we had was there was pet hair on the couches, there was hair in the bed sheets, and there were ants every where!

Great place did notice the oven didn’t work I let the owner know she made a maintenance appointment. The place did look pretty nice. The shower could’ve been a little cleaner, but nothing I couldn’t clean myself. Answered all my messages within 30 minutes to an hour and was very nice

Dance Nationals 2024

The house was just as advertised. Plenty of room and a great location for what we were there for. The host may be the best host I have ever dealt with when renting. The host was quick to respond (even when I did have a dumb question) with courteous and helpful information. Check was easy. Thank you all for a great trip and we plan to return.

Quiet getaway

We wanted to go somewhere to check out of our hectic schedules for a little bit and this place was about perfect. It was pretty quiet and had everything we would need to just be for a little bit. It was close enough to activities that we didn’t spend too much time traveling for activities. The owners were more than pleasant and the communication was quick and thorough. We would definitely stay here again when we come back for a visit as we found a love for this area in Tennessee. Thank you for the hospitality!

Most comfortable stay yet…

Yes we read the other reviews, yes we had wonders, but contrary to those reviews, this cozy little cabin was such a surprise! The pictures of this home do no justice to the immaculate beauty it really is! We stayed here for four of the best days we have stayed anywhere for a vacation! The owners were super accommodating, and kind! The house was cleaner than most hotel rooms where we have stayed, the yard was kept nicely groomed and the neighborhood was calm and inviting! I trusted my gut with this booking and I’m VERY happy I did!! We will return!!

This cabin was very large.. The porch was great. That parking situation/very steep drive way... that was difficult for some of us.... The dishwasher was broken, which was super annoying since we had lots of folks. There were some ants in the sink and counter.... But overall it was great👍

There were little things through out the house that some people would definitely throw a fit about. A stain on a rug or a pillow that started falling apart(take pictures of that kinda stuff for proof it was done before you get there)But other than the small things this cabin is extremely nice with not a lot of traffic. Would definitely recommend 👌

Family vacation cabin

We enjoyed a 4 night stay in the cabin that provided plenty of beds for our family. However, we shut off one of the upstairs bedrooms because the air conditioning could not cool it. That bedroom also needs a new blind. The cabin is so large it could use another air conditioner to handle just the upstairs. We had some problems with ants. It was an overall spacious and good stay allowing us a good nights sleep and bathing in order for us to do all the activities we came for. Family togetherness was the best.

Overall Good but had issues (ants, cleanliness, lawn maintenance)

Overall the house was very nice and easy to get to but there were so many ants! They would get into our food and crawl around everywhere. We had to go and buy Raid in order to manage it. Also there were stains on the sheets when we got there and the lawn had not been mowed in a very long time.

Me and my church was very unhappy! When we arrived we noticed the grass of knee high.. when we walked in the door of the cabin pet odor was horrible. There was dog hair all over the furniture, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the air conditioning didn’t work correctly. The bedding smelled very badly like a wet dog and was covered in dog hair! I was very upset. I had planned a nice trip for my church ladies and then we had a cabin that wasn’t clean. I would not recommend this place at all! I never leave reviews, especially a bad one, but this one I couldn’t help. It’s a shame that we were afraid to walk in the yard because the grass was so high.

Hosts Ruined my Vacation

Hosts agreed to 180 pet fee which I paid over a month ahead of time. Two days after check in they suddenly decided that I owed another 100, then 2 days after that they claimed I owed another 180. They denied that we had already discussed the pet fee, but fortunately I had all this in writing so they had no leg to stand on to dispute it. After multiple emails with hosts and Vrbo I ultimately got this corrected, but had to spend multiple hours during my vacation to deal with it. Cabin provided no hand towels, and the few bath towels/ washcloths were threadbare and like rags. Host claimed they were going to send me new towels, but they never did.. Kitchen: there was no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, no propane in the outdoor grill and the mixer did not work. the kitchen knives were so dull that You could barely cut anything. I would hardly call this a well stocked kitchen. there were only two small kitchen hand towels, so we had to use one of our rare cheap bath towels to dry all of the dishes.. The electricity went out in one of the bedrooms during our stay. There was a very dangerous “drop off” at the top of the stairs and several of us nearly fell down the stairs. Stairrails were wobbly and unsafe. The driveway was so steep that it was nearly impossible to get in and out of our vehicles. The yard also was so steep that we nearly fell trying to walk around in it. This cabin was overpriced and hosts were most difficult to deal with. I have never had such a bad Vrbo

Place is Rough

Received a damage bill for random things that were messed up when we arrived. broken towel bar in bathroom was glued to the wall and we received damage claim Stating we broke it There were burn stains on a bench but no one in my party even had a lighter? Received claim for a kettle that we never used the bed was stained-received claim for that. all pull out couches had stains and rat poop on them so we couldn’t sleep there. Some of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work Ants all over the house Play room door leaks very bad when it rained had to use our towels to soak up all the water water -light switched in the downstairs bathroom Didn’t work. Stayed on -railing on the outside of the porch was broke outside back porch was not a safe place because of trash, tires, rims, pallets of wood. dishwasher didn’t work upstairs bathroom had mildew growing above the shower Air hardly worked. We were sweating the entire time. I wish I could add a picture of the hole in the downstairs floor and the cut rug used to try to hid it. Good luck with this place

Nice cabin. Very clean, and convenient to the areas we wanted to go to. Owners were very responsive! Only slight issue was the ac could use a little work. The house got a just a little warm in the August heat, but the fans that were there made it comfortable. All in all, a very nice stay!!

Horrible Stay. Regret booking it

This is an old property with antique feeling. The white sofas have turned grey, dust every where and squeaky furniture. Rooms do not get cold despite the AC being on and hence you have to rely on fans. The communication and the resolution from the host is poor. The only good thing about the place is that it is spaciousAll utensils are aged, dirty or rustyBe prepared to buy your own toilet papers, kitchen towels, tissues, toiletries as the host would provide enough for just one night. Never seen anyone ration these things. They have rules stuck to every wall and door, literally Would not recommend booking this place

Not a good choice in the summer

The home would be a great place to stay on spring / fall. The air conditioning does not work properly and it never cooled the house off. The owner was responsive and tried to have the system reset however that did not work. We had to stay out of the home during the day due to the excessive heat and returned only to be able to sleep for about an hour a night due to it being so hot. I traveled with an elderly parent and had to move them to a hotel as they became ill due to heat.
