Welcome to our farmhouse on two acres near Lake Whitney! Nestled just outside the small town of Whitney, Texas, our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is the perfect spot for families looking to relax and connect with nature.

The 1,806 square foot house is secluded and cannot be seen from the county road, ensuring your privacy. As you unwind on the wraparound porch, savor your morning coffee or marvel at the starry night sky around the fully stocked fire pit. You may even be serenaded by coyotes in the distance.

Inside, you'll find three queen beds, three twin beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room seats eight, and the living room offers two comfortable sofas (not sleeper sofas). Downstairs, there is a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, while upstairs you'll find a full bathroom near the queen bedroom and the twin bunk bedroom. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, a full bathroom, a 50" smart TV, and a workspace.

The highlight of our property is its outdoor space. The wraparound porch features two large wooden rocking chairs, perfect for taking in the tranquil surroundings. Under the shade trees, you'll find the fire pit area, complete with ample firewood and a charcoal grill. We also provide family-friendly games, including cornhole and giant Jenga.

During your stay, you'll have access to the entire home and the surrounding two acres, with a private driveway and multiple parking spots. Please take a look at the aerial photo of the property to get a better idea of its layout.

Embrace the sights and sounds of Mother Nature, from birds singing to squirrels barking, crickets chirping, and even a distant rooster crowing.
