Guest bedroom has 2-twin beds and is across the hall from the second bathroom.
The kitchen has been fully renovated with all new stainless-steel appliances and all the comforts of home. A stack washer and dryer makes laundry easy. Towels and linens are provided. Cable and WIFI included. There are two assigned parking spots located right in front of unit and plus plenty of guest parking. This is a second floor apartment with stairs required (no elevator). This unit rents by the calendar month only. February requires a two month rental.

The community features two heated Pools with day beds and lanais, lighted Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts, Basketball Court/Hoop, Bocce Court, Private Marina with Boat Ramp, Fishing/Sunset Pier and fish cleaning station, Club House with full kitchen and dining area, Fitness Room and Gated Security. Second pool is only a few steps away from the apartment, with Tiki huts and private BBQ's.

Landings of Largo has plenty of activities and the location is ideal for paddling, boating, kayaking, fishing, and all water sports. It is a short drive from John Pennekamp State Park with it’s glass bottom boat rides and sandy beach. Located within walking distance and or a short drive to an endless number of award-winning restaurants & cafe's with a unique waterfront views, live music & relaxed ambiance.
A Florida lease, and application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. The $50 processing fee is non-refundable.
