The house is a newly-remodeled, mid-century style home with a spacious main floor that has four bedrooms, the kitchen and great room as well as a laundry. The lower level has three bedrooms (including a built-in, 4-bunk room), a full bath, kitchenette and small laundry.

New front and rear wood decks, a side porch with swings and a spacious backyard provide outdoor entertainment space to enjoy the beauty and fresh air of the Ozarks. The hammock ring and fire pit allow for relaxation and rest after a full day of outdoor activities.

We are just a short walk from downtown Calico Rock with its many dining options. The White River is also less than a half mile from the front door, so our guests can be on (or in) the water in no time. If fishing is your past time, you will have the option to "DIY" it or hire one of the many local guides who specialize in putting trout on the line. Mountain biking and hiking in the Ozark National Forest is a short drive away. Whatever brings you to Calico Rock, the Calico Cottage provides a comfortable, spacious retreat for you and your group!
