Covered with shady trees, this home's private backyard is primed to provide you and your guests with all-day outdoor leisure with highlights including a gas grill, a covered dining area, and attractive landscaping features like a stone fountain. Ambient lighting is strung throughout the yard and there's even a private hot tub for soothing dips in the morning or evening. The hot tub sits under a shade tent equipped with its own smart TV for added comfort and entertainment. A rooftop sundeck offers a spot to soak up some rays.

The inviting interior comes well-appointed for contemporary home comfort. The stainless steel full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare family-style meals, while a smart TV and plush sofa seating is ready to welcome group gatherings in the living area. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
