The bus stop of the public transportation is also 300 meters from the Apartment. You have a nice Supermarket 500 meters from the apartment and a small one 100 meters.
The near Beach is Fisherman Huts 400 meters, there you can do kitesurfing windsurfing or any kind of water sports and you have at 1,5 kmts Boca Catalina a paradise for snorkelling, also 2,5 kilometers you have Arashi another cristal turquoise water beach and a good snorkelling spot.
The Pool and Patio area is shared with another 2 apartments.

Great location. Not too far from the beach. Fernando was an amazing owner. I had a few issues after we had booked& my husband passed away. But with Fernando's help, everything worked out great. I highly recommend and I will be staying here again if available.

What an amazing host

Fernando was an awesome host. He went out his way to make my girlfriend and I feel at home and was super easy to get a hold of. He gave us great restaurant, beach and adventure recommendations. Couldn’t be happier with our stay and will be returning.

Great trip and the location is a very short walk to beach at the Marriott/Ritz Carlton. We rented two chairs for $20 a day and hit Superfood upon arrival to stock up on beer, wine and all meal items as well as snacks. Ample kitchen for prep and fridge held 3 cases of beer and champagne. Back patio was pleasant and the charcoal grill was fantastic to use. If you are looking to enjoy quiet time and lo-impact travel, this is the place for you!

Fernando is super about being available for any issues that arise. So friendly and happy. Gives you a heads up if there are problems (one of our faucets was broken but he let us know in advance). Small pool is nice with a seating area under a porch to hang out. AC worked great!

Fernando’s Oasis

I travelled July 2024 for one week on my own. Fernando answered my many questions before booking and after my reservation confirmed. You walk through the gate and are greeted by 2 pools (bonus) and several sitting, eating and lounging areas. The king table and BBQ are definitely a plus. The apt had a very comfortable bed, great washroom and a fully functioning kitchen. As I was on my own I did leave daily and headed to the many beaches that were a quick 5 minute walk for me. I enjoyed the fantastic dinners and searched out all catch of the day seafood for dinner. I would definitely return with friends to enjoy Fernando’s oasis.

Fantastic property

Property was beautiful. Outdoor space is much bigger than you think amd pool is wonderful. Also a smaller splash pool for cocktail hour! Enough shady spots for when youve had enough sun. Other renters were all super friendly and respectful. Apartment was clean and spacious for what we need, mostly outsiders anyway. Fernando was great from the time we booked to checki n he stayed in contact. Sent directions ahead of time and place was easy to find even though the house number hasnt arrived yet! But not our first time in Aruba so go with it. Richard the Two legged alarm clock lives next door! Go with it have a laugh and enjoy the sun and hospitality and the Dushi Bida.

Just right!

First of all, Fernando is an amazing host. He patiently answered all of my many "first time to Aruba" questions, both before arrival and after I arrived. Mariza, who met me upon arrival, provided a wealth of helpful information, including sharing links with walking directions to the two closest grocery stores and whatsapp numbers for taxis. The beautiful beach was an easy walk away, and there were plenty of snorkeling boats leaving from that beach. The apartment was very clean, and well equipped with everything I needed, including beach chairs. I loved the patio and took advantage of the outdoor shower and splash pool every day. If you are looking for a reasonably priced vacation rental within walking distance of the beach, beach bars and restaurants, boats and small grocery stores, this place fills the bill.
