The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms. They both have their own private bathrooms. One is a suite with 2 bedrooms, one geared for children. The kids room can sleep 8. The adult room in the suite has a king size bed. There is no common area use on the 3rd floor.

We live in the area and enjoy many places and sites our town offers. Havre de Grace is a very cute historic town nearby with cute little shops on the 2 main streets going through the town. It's right on the water. There are many restaurants with good food and beautiful views of the water.
