If you love open space, this treetop studio is for you!

Located at the edge of CharMar park which features pickle ball and tennis courts, a children's playground, and a 3-mile improved recreation path loop that contours the Gunnison River and a local farm. One block walk to free RTA bus, new library. Crested Butte 35min drive. Hartman Rocks 14min drive, Signal Peak bike riding from the studio! Adventure awaits: mountain biking, road biking, rock climbing, hiking, fishing, rafting, etc.
THE SPACE
Bird lovers will enjoy the second story treed views. Open layout with vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light. Plenty of windows for a perfect summer breeze. Thoughtfully furnished for efficiency and comfort. Kitchen: full kitchen, kitchen island seating, full size appliances (stove/oven/refrigerator/dishwasher/microwave/disposal)
GUEST ACCESS
This is a second floor studio apartment above a garage. Entrance to the studio is via a private door. Guests must navigate 17 interior stairs. Washer/dryer can be accessed on first floor in the garage.
Parents must supervise children at all times; stairs pose safety concerns and a safety gate IS NOT provided.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- No smoking of any substance on property, no pets and no parties.
