Quiet Cozy Condo in town but walking distance to the Gunnison River

This is our vacation home in Colorado. Simple, quiet, and cozy quarters in the city limits of Gunnison, but only minutes from the slopes of Crested Butte and the great outdoors. Fully furnished with two large bedrooms and two baths. Wireless Internet available with Roku on all three Televisions. We don’t come to Colorado to watch TV so you will have to settle for basic streaming channels......we encourage our guests to take a step out of the rat race and into the great outdoors.

Garbage must be removed from property and taken to the two dumpsters at entrance to subdivision.

We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row and love it. The neighborhood is quiet and the creek/pond always bring cool animals to watch. This year it was geese with recently hatched chicks.
