We were secluded but only 5 minutes to town. The river close by was a great fishing spot. We have stayed here twice and will again next year if able to. Inside the house everything that you would need is there. Best place to stay in Gunnison.

The property was very comfortable. Its location was private and had a nice outdoor patio. Gunnison river access right from the property. If you like a rural setting this is it. There is a nice Italian restaurant within walking distance. Stores and the town of Gunnison is about 3 miles away. The host answered the phone when called and pleasant.

The Perfect Place

This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed!! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the house is well maintained. Definitely want to stay here again!!

Cozy comfy clean cottage!

We loved the trees and privacy. So close to the river and restaurant - very convenient to travel to town and beyond. Wild flower season is the most spectacular time of year. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute little place. We had plenty of space and lots of kitchen items to use. Wish we had time to use the outdoor space.

Gunnison visit

The house was great. Perfect location to explore Gunnison, Crested Butte, Black Canyon and more. The house has nice amenities and is clean. Patio area with the grill was a nice feature.
