The couch has a queen pull out bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a gas fireplace that is on a thermostat for constant comfort in the cooler months, while the thick adobe walls keep the house nice and cool in the summer months. The bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. There is also another full bath on the main level. There is an oversized entryway with washer and dryer. The Cottage is located right off the main road toward Crested Butte, about 2 miles north of Gunnison. It is conveniently located near (walking distance) to one of the main river put ins. Also Walking distance to one of Gunnisons best restaurants, Garlic Mikes, and walking distance to the bus stop that runs between Crested Butte and Gunnison.
