NEW on the market, November 2025. Step into the Granger of the mountains! You do not know the beauty that Gunnison truly has to offer until you can sit in this open living room /kitchen and gaze upon the majestic surrounding mountains. The picturesque windows that line all the walls bring the outdoors within. This extremely clean space welcomes you in after your return from exploring

On the main floor, you have a master bedroom with a king bed and its adjoining walk in shower. Upstairs, you will find the other two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom with tub and shower. No shoes or pets upstairs let the plush carpet cushion your feet.

The main floor is concrete and is heated within. Pets are welcome in this area. Please close off the Barnwood doors that lead to the upstairs where shoes and pets are not alowed.

What a view! Beautiful house with many windows that viewed the mountains. It had all the items we needed for our stay. We loved it and will be back for sure!

It was good for our dog spacewise; however, dog poop and cigarette butts were in front of property when we arrived. Only found three coffee filters for a 5 day stay. Two towels, bleach stained, in main bathroom. No washcloths or hand towels. Limited towels in other bathrooms. Trash dumpster in garage overflowing.
