The Perfect Family Getaway! We had the most wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so thoughtfully decorated. Everything about the home had such a relaxing, welcoming feel, and the gorgeous, secluded grounds made it feel like a true escape. The heated pool was a huge hit with our kids, and my husband and I loved unwinding in the hot tub. The owners were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. When the hot tub had a little trouble one evening, the owner actually came out to the house to fix it himself. That level of care and hospitality really stood out to us!The entire property was just lovely, with the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and beautiful surroundings. It was exactly the peaceful little getaway our family needed. We made some wonderful memories and would absolutely stay here again. Can’t recommend it enough!

The house and its location are amazing. It is in a secluded area, but not so far that you’re completely away from restaurants, grocery stores, and everything thing else that Salado has to offer. The backyard is the perfect place to watch college football on the outdoor tv, while cooking out and enjoying a fire. There is a ping pong table and corn holes boards for entertainment as well. The hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained. Make sure you ask to have the hot tub heated about 30min prior to when you get in. There are a bunch of pool toys here, so there’s no need to pack them for your trip. The inside of the house was beautiful! Everything is clean, comfortable and well maintained. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy another peaceful, long weekend here.

The house was perfect for our family! The pool was beautiful! The kitchen was large and pristine. The rooms were so nice and we slept well in the comfy beds. I really can not say enough about how perfect the place was for our family! The huge island in the kitchen had plenty of space for all of our snacks and cooking. The AC worked perfectly! So many beach towels for us to use for the beautiful large crystal clear swimming pool. A very large back yard with plenty of shade for enjoying the hot day! And our hosts were phenomenal, very accommodating and immediately responsive. We had absolutely no problems during our stay. It really could not have been better. Thank you so much!

Home was exactly what we needed for our vacation. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 6. It was close to all the activities we wanted to do, but also had a back yard oasis that made it very enjoyable to just relax at the property.

It sits in a rural, peaceful setting on acreage. It is perfectly, tastefully decorated, snacks were provided, it was spotlessly clean, our dogs loved the large fenced back yard as did we. The pool was relaxing to meditate by, the host was responsive and helpful... We will certainly stay again!

A wonderful getaway and peaceful experience

We traveled here with family to enjoy the area over spring break. It was a quick trip to the lake, and into town to experience the history of the region. Our family enjoyed spending most of our time outside with the beautiful layout of the property.

Great property! Location is private, but one hour from Waco and Austin. Salado is a unique small town to explore. Belton and Temple offer plenty of dining options and activities. The house is well appointed and the pool, with hot tub, is a wonderful bonus! Our hosts were wonderful and checked in on us even though they were out of the country.
