The house has a fully equipped kitchen (plus dishwasher), 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, and all that is needed for a really relaxed holiday in a laid back area on the Greek Peloponessos (Messinia). Located in very quiet natural surroundings. Wonderful views of Taigatos Mountains (Mani). Surrounded by 4,000 m2 shady olive tree orchard and garden. A 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and 7 km drive to idyllic Koroni, with seafront dining and ancient castle. 50 km from Kalamata airport or a 3,5 hour drive from Athens airport.

Why they chose this property

Never returning to the same place twice, we did fall in love with the Koroni area and found this very pretty plot to build our own house with the unforgettable view and atmosphere to really enjoy the wonders of Greek life.

What makes this property unique

For people who can appreciate the beauty and quiet of nature and like to enjoy the Greek way of living. Maybe visit Olympia or go to Epidauris. Within easy reach of Athens (3,5 h) and Kalamata (1 h). Also within reach from Italy (Venice or Ancona) by Ferry.
