Columbia House, your home base for vacationing, visiting, working or attending special events in Green Bay and surrounding areas. Just minutes to Austin Straubel Airport, Bay Beach Amusement Park, Wiedner Center, UWGB, hospitals & downtown. Less than 3 miles to the stadium district, Lambeau Field, and Resch Center. Quiet, friendly neighborhood with park, bakery and Kavarna Coffeehouse also nearby.

The space
Living room with 55" Roku tv, kitchen, dining area for 6. Enjoy one of our short-stay reads, cards or games provided in the reading nook with nicely stocked coffee/tea bar. Our rust bedroom has a full bed, tv, closet(pack-n-play in closet)and a pet kennel, our plum bedroom has a queen bed and bench storage and our 2nd floor loft inspired bedroom has a king bed, dresser, dressing/sitting area. Dedicated workspace on 2nd floor and children's area with toys/games. Refinished original wood floors. Fenced private yard, patio, table and chairs, gas grill, propane fire table and yard games. Larger dog kennel and dog bed available in basement. Laundry area in basement. High speed fiber internet, WiFi, Central heat and A/C.

Guest access
Home and private yard. One closet is locked and unavailable to our guests as it is for for our cleaning crew. Front or back door entry with your own personal code throughout your stay. Access to back (side) door and backyard through chain link gate in between house and garage. No garage access. Wooden gate behind garage is also locked and only used for yard maintenance.

Other things to note
Motion activated lighted staircase to 2nd floor from dusk to dawn. Completely fenced in yard for your little ones and pets. Two to three parking spaces (depending on size of vehicles) available in the driveway as overnight parking on Green Bay city streets is prohibited between the hours of 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.

Delightful!

This was such a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully renovated while keeping the charm of the original home. The host is wonderful and provided everything we needed and more to make sure this felt like being at home.

Comfortable and cozy

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house has so much charm. We loved everything about it. There were so many special touches throughout, and everything we could possibly have needed was provided for us. The host was very prompt and helpful in all communication. She couldn't have been more accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Cozy and Cute

We really enjoyed our stay in Green Bay. The house was impeccably updated and decorated. The stocked coffee nook and snack basket were pleasant surprises! Our dogs (and us) loved the private fenced in yard. Everything was clean and easy!

Weekend Stay

We had a great stay at the Columbia House! The location was close to restaurants and parks. The house was very clean and made you feel at home. I will stay at this place again when in Green Bay.
