The check in process was not friendly or smooth. Upon arrival there was no front desk agent but there was a sign “be back 15 min” when we questioned the charge for incidentals she was not willing to explain anything her response to my husband was “I don’t know what to tell you, sir“Once we went up to our room and got ready for our evening, we requested that two more pillows be brought to our room while we were out. The pillows never came.
