Over priced

Garbage containers and smoke stations overflowing throughout the property. No sheets, pillows or blankets for the pullout couch even after requested. No housekeeping services even when requested. Finally got extra towels our last night which was too late. There appears to be people living in the back of the hotel?? Overall, not an enjoyable experience.

You know the TV ads for Vrbo - those beautiful properties with all the conveniences. Well this one is not it. Far from anything you want to be near in Newport so you have to pay for expensive parking everywhere. Room is dingy and worn. Pool is not worth swimming in. Breakfast options are meager. Worst of all is service. Card keys to outside doors and room door consistently failed requiring a long hike to the lobby each time for replacement. A thoroughly unpleasant stay in every respect.
