Our building and condo are in great shape!
However, due to hurricane damage the sea wall, pool and beach access are currently under reconstruction. You can access the beach via a short walk south to the Dunlawton access. The "estimated" reconstruction completion date is December 31, 2023. Ask about our discounted rates until December 31st, 2023.

This spacious three bedroom three bath condo includes "DIRECT OCEAN- FRONT" MASTER SUITE with sliding door access to the balcony.

This condo is located in the coveted Dimucci Twin Towers on the 6th floor.. Amenities include clubroom with pool table, fitness center, cable TV and free internet. Unit also includes one secure assigned underground parking space with additional parking available on the surface parking lot. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
