About this property

Come enjoy the beautiful state of Montana. The home is 5 minutes from the Bozeman Airport. 10-15 minutes away from Downtown Bozeman. About over an hour to Yellowstone Park. We are close to Skiing/Snowboarding trails. Bridger Bowl and Big Sky. You’ll drive into the neighborhood and get to view the beautiful mountains. The neighborhood is very quiet and has a very nice walking trail to view this little piece of Paradise. The neighborhood has a huge park right in front of the house. You would just walk over to the trail. The park allows dogs and has a clean up area there. The park also has activities for children. There is a swingset, rock climbing wall, gazebo, and public restroom. If you decide to visit in winter the big hill in the middle of the park is perfect for sledding.

My husband and I decided to decorate the home minimalist western design with almost everything being local items from our beautiful state of Montana. The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom is the master with a king bed. The other two have queen beds. Each bedroom has their own TVs and the living room also has a tv. The living area has high vaulted ceilings and the location is very open.

There are lots of activities to do in Bozeman and Belgrade. I would be happy to give recommendations for activities to do. There is the Local or The Mint in Belgrade which has a great selection of food. In Bozeman you have the beautiful downtown with lots of places to eat and drink. Bozeman has lots of local shopping. There is also a nice night life. We have Plonk/Bourbon and a couple of college bars to have fun at. If you like the outdoors we have Bridger Bowl for the winter, the M and drinking horse trails, Chico natural hotsprings , Bozeman hotsprings, Norris hotsprings and so many more activities to do!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is clean, well maintained, and has everything you need. There is a small park nearby for walking or for fur babies. I would highly recommend this home. Very close to Bozeman. We will return when in the area. Hannah was wonderful to deal with.

Great Home in Quiet Neighborhood

This house was perfect for attending MSU graduation. Easy access to town but out of the hustle and bustle. Beds are very tall and firm but we didn't mind.

Great home, great location

The house was perfect for us 5 adults who stayed there and the location was perfect for our needs. The backyard covered patio was perfect to sit out and enjoy the weather for a bit before we headed out for a day of hiking and sightseeing. The views of the mountains from the patio was a pleasant surprise as was the great park area that offerred great walking paths for humans and pets and access was across the street. The neighbothhod was very pleasant and felt very homey. The home was well stocked and was very functional and again very homey. We all enjoyed our stay and I look forward tp staying here again.

Clean & Comfortable Home close to airport

Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. It doesn’t have AC, but has large fans in the rooms that kept it a comfortable temperature. It was the perfect location for us to visit our dad in Belgrade.
