Enjoy the soft golden sands of New Smyrna’s award winning beaches just a short 5 minute stroll away. After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind and watch the crowds below on Flagler Avenue during events from your very own private balcony with outdoor seating! Not feeling like eating out? Prepare your culinary creations in the fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with quartz countertops. Location, comfort, and space—Mermaid's Loft has it all!

*NOISE WARNING* Located on Flagler Avenue. This rental is NOT suited for guests seeking a quiet stay. Expect potential noise on all days of the week at all hours.

A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of the dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at front door.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the Fun Coast Rentals Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $500.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Uncovered car-sized parking space in rear lot (Dedicated), Three (3) common use shared guest parking spaces (First Come, First Served), Street parking on Flagler Avenue (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests.

This property is pet friendly with a Pet Fee of $191.10 USD + Tax. Please make sure that you have disclosed and paid for any pets you intend to bring along prior to your check-in. Penalties apply for undisclosed pets found after check in. Two (2) well-behaved cats or dogs maximum per booking are permitted. Pets are not to be allowed on any furniture in the property and must be cleaned up after throughout guest stay.

Great Location!

Awesome property, great location, seemed like brand new renovation, floors, kitchen, furniture, all great condition. Nice decor. Fast WiFi. Directly on Flagler Ave, so expect lively noise into the night until about 2-3am, but anywhere on the Main Street is going to have that. This was perfect for me and teenage kids because of the location, quick walk to beach, and restaurants, etc. we never used the car after parking it here.

Spring Break Girls Trip

This property is spectacular!!! It was extremely clean and appeared identical to the photos online. Location was perfect for access to Flagler Ave and the beach. Check in and check out were simple. I highly recommend this condo. Everyone in my group is looking forward to staying at the Mermaid Loft again in the future.

Mermaids loft was the perfect spot

We loved this place. It was the perfect place. Clean, fresh, comfortable and spacious, all in the heart of Flagler Ave therefore the location is amazing. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo !

We loved this place! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the location as well - an easy walk to the beach and we walked to dinner every night ! We would definitely stay here again !
