Permanent Vacation offers 5 King Suites, each with their own 55" Roku tv, full-sized dresser, and full bathroom. Bedroom 1 is located on the first level. Upstairs on the second level is Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3. Lastly, Bedroom 4 & Bedroom 5 are located on the third level.
Bedroom 3 offers a small workspace, and Bedroom 5 holds a small sitting area.

You can get ready for your day in one of the private bathrooms located in each bedroom. There’s plenty of room to store your toiletries on the vanity, and a hairdryer for your use. Choose how you want to wash up in one the newly tiled showers, or the bathtub combination.

If you forget your toiletries, you’ll find 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙤, 𝙨𝙤𝙖𝙥𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙗𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙙.

The large and inviting kitchen is the perfect place to make a delicious meal after a day in the mountains. Newly updated, it 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨, 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙯𝙚𝙧, 𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙣, 𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙫𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙧. You will have all the tools you need to make a feast, and plenty of room in the open pantry to store your ingredients.

The 𝙆𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙥 𝙘𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧 on the coffee bar will help keep you energized throughout your day, although don’t forget to bring your own K-Cups or ground coffee! Enjoy all your meals in the open-concept dining area with a wooden dining table for up to 10. Along with eight chairs situated along the dining table, you will find additional chairs, making it easy to create extra space for friends and family.

After dinner, relax in one of the air-conditioned lounges on the first or second level. Each 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙩-𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙏𝙑 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙍𝙤𝙠𝙪, so you can keep up with your favorite shows while staying warm with the extra blankets. You can also use the 𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨 from October to March to keep your toes extra toasty. Enjoy the arcade or board games on the first level!

The two-level deck provides plenty of peace, tranquility, and fresh mountain air! Make yourself comfortable on the rocking chairs or relax at the picnic table & seating on the lower level. The ultimate place to relax, however, is in the large 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙤𝙧 𝙝𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙪𝙗.

Around back, you will find a large fire pit with plenty of seating! Sit around the fire with your friends and family, roast marshmallows, and create memories you'll never forget! We do not provide Firewood but it can be purchased many places around town including most grocery and convenience stores as well as several roadside stands throughout the area.

When your group is hungry, the charcoal park-style grills are ideally located to the side of the driveway, although be sure to bring your own charcoal with you!

This relaxing space is just minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg and is a 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙎𝙢𝙤𝙠𝙮 𝙈𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨.
