This is a quiet and spacious studio equipped with a kitchenette, large private yard and covered outdoor lounge area! The extremely comfortable king mattress is organic latex.

Kitchenette includes full-sized refrigerator, microwave, water filter, electric tea kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, sink, cooking equipment, toaster oven/air-fryer and hot plate.

Lovely Guest House

Beautifully designed back guest house with lovely garden in a quiet Santa Barbara neighborhood. Close walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shops, restaurants, museums, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden.

Awesome Spot in the best area of town

The studio was clean and comfortable. It worked out perfect for our stay, our dog had a nice safe enclosed yard and a sunny patch to sleep. There is even a hot outdoor shower for after the beach.

Dinner with a friend

Just drove up to have dinner with a friend in Santa Barbara and needed a quiet and safe place for my husband, and our dog. This is a perfect location, great lawn to toss balls to the dog, quiet and peaceful. Well appointed, comfortable and a great location. Will likely return as it is reasonably priced and very pleasant.

Santa Barbara Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at a very private cottage, set in gardens with citrus trees and a gurgling fountain. Well appointed, perfect for a restful couple of days for two. A bit difficult if you arrive after dark — go earlier.

SUPER CUTE!

The cutest hidden suite just a short walk from the beach. The place was spotless and had all the amenities you’ll need. Would definitely recommend this gem!
