As the listing says, the location of this house is perfect. It was a quick 10 minute walk to State Street for tons of restaurant choices, and the walk to Fisherman's Wharf was about 25 minutes. You have the entire house plus a yard and driveway. It's very nice to not have to park on the strreet. Everything we needed was provided and communication with Christine was great! I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying at this house for our week in Santa Barbara. Easy check-in, great open space, and spacious backyard. It was a short walk to State street and very close to a cute 'pocket' park.

Beautiful stay in Santa Barbara

We had a wonderful stay at this little beach house in Santa Barbara. It was perfect for our three kids and my husband and I. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Christine is super responsive and very helpful. She messages really quickly. The location of the house was great, close to the freeway without the noise and it was an easy walk to downtown. The house was spacious inside and out. It was also very clean. The only thing to note just because we didn’t notice it in the pictures is that the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms (the one with three beds). Overall it was a great stay and we would come back again!

Cute cottage in a great location

Enjoyed staying at this quaint cottage. It met our needs well and the location was great. Easy to walk downtown and to the beach. Loved that it had off street parking. We will definitely stay here again.
