Close to shopping, Montecito, tennis, beach and zoo. Master bedroom has queen bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a King. Wireless DSL. This was an absolutely gorgeous place with wonderful amenities, like a hot outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach, a library of books, and a grand piano. There is a fan in every room, plenty of towels, and great communication with the managers. This is a terrific place to stay.

Fantastic! My friends were extremely impressed by my find and they all had a blast! The yard was beautiful and decor was the perfect vibe for the weekend. Felt very tropical inside and out!

Perfect house for our family’s vacation to Santa Barbara. The house was super clean and well maintained. The location is great and beds were comfy. Cliff was very responsive - no complaints and we would absolutely stay here again if we were to come back to SB.

We’re originally from SB and know what to expect! The house was an older style but was great! The location was close to Montecito and the beach. Loved waking up and having coffee on the great deck, needs some updates but still great. Communication with Cliff was amazing. He always wrote back in under an hour. Clean big property, suggest getting rid of the slide. We loved to see all the different plants. Really gives you an idea of the SB feel. Few minor things but not even worth mentioning. Great stay, great host!

Perfect vacation home in Santa Barbara

We had a great stay, the house is very comfortable, well equiped and decorated with care & good taste. It’s close to the beach and Montecito. The owners are very responsive as well. If you are staying in Santa Barbara with your family this is a great choice!!

Beautiful, comfortable cottage on a quiet street.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Perfect location, windows to let in the cool breeze, and a sunny deck overlooking yard with a variety of trees and lots of birds. We loved the vintage coastal decor.

Perfect home base in Santa Barbara

We loved staying here! Our family had a great time in Santa Barbara and the house is perfectly situated for adventures and exploring in the area. Our kiddo loved the big yard and the house is clean, comfortable and well-stocked with all the basics you need. Communication with the lovely owners was seamless and they clearly care very much about guest comfort and enjoyment. A gem of a house - we would definitely stay again!

Santa Barbara Safe Place

We were dripping our daughter off to college for the first time and our car was packed with all of her belongings. The house had a secure parking area behind the gate. Ideal. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. Our host was so flexible and understanding about our wonky arrival and departure times. Such a great place to land for a big family transition.

Easy Perfection

Entire process was very simple and user-friendly. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The mattresses were like sleeping on clouds. Felt like we are able to live like we were in our own home away from home. Thank you to the family incredible hosts.

Excellent property

We absolutely loved all the outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy during our stay. I cooked quite a bit in the well appointed kitchen. There are tons of birds on and nearby the property making lovely Birdsong, but I would suggest some earplugs for the morning if you are a light sleeper. The main bed was comfy.

Great house for our family

The house suited us very well for our family visit to check out UCSB. The terrible weather prevented us from enjoying the deck and yard, but the kitchen had everything we needed, we had family movie night in the living room, and our daughter even got some piano practicing in.
