The Space
This 2,297 sq foot, two-story modern home offers lots of space and natural light and is a delightful choice for your home-away-from-home stay in the serene suburbs of McDonough, GA!
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious and luminous living area with an incredible couch to accommodate everyone and a wall-mounted Smart TV for enjoyable downtime moments at home. The open floor plan puts the kitchen, breakfast bar and dining areas in view for maximum interaction together while at home.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the essentials you’d need to prepare meals at home and lots of space. Plus, a coffee maker for getting your mornings started and a dishwasher for easy clean-ups!
The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals at home in peace. The table can sit 4, so it makes a great card table for after dinner, too or a great laptop workspace if needed. There’s extra seating at the kitchen breakfast bar, too.
There are 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, plus a half bathroom for added convenience to accommodate 8 comfortably. Bedroom 1 (the master) features a plush king-sized bed, a walk-in closet & an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 all have comfortable queen-sized beds.
Outside, you'll find a beautiful patio where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The backyard offers a peaceful retreat with plenty of space for outdoor activities.
This home is the perfect base for exploring McDonough and the surrounding areas. You’ll be near a variety of dining and shopping options and 30 miles from downtown Atlanta! It offers a comfortable and welcoming space for your stay, with all the amenities you need for a memorable trip.
Guest Access
You’ll have full exclusive access to the home. It’s important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

Popular landmarks and areas in the city are easily accessible from the property. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the historic McDonough Square, where you can explore charming shops and restaurants. The Atlanta Motor Speedway is also just a 20-minute drive away.
Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located about 25 miles from the property.
There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, the closest train/subway station is the McDonough Station, which is a 10-minute drive from the property. There are also several bus stops within walking distance, providing convenient access to the surrounding area.
Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise will not be tolerated, and no loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
