This stunning property was perfect for our visit to Zion National Park! There was plenty of room for our family of 6. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy it all.
Location was amazing in relation to the tournament site. Our host, Allan, was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be back next year!
The host was attentive and responsive, but we experienced a significant issue during our stay. The home operates on propane, and the tanks ran out on the second day. Because of this, several major amenities and appliances were impacted, including the hot tub, the oven, the home’s heater, and the fireplace. As a result, we were unable to use the hot tub for the remainder of the trip and had to discard food we had purchased to cook on our last night. The owner initially offered a 150 discount to help cover the cost of a meal, but our replacement dinner for four exceeded that amount. We also incurred additional expenses visiting a local hot spring since the hot tub was unavailable.Unfortunately, after discussing these added costs, the communication became argumentative and no discount was ultimately provided. While the home itself was nice, maintaining an adequate propane supply for essential appliances and advertised amenities is a basic necessity that was overlooked.

Week in Utah
Our family spent 5 nights at the property. We informed the property manager the first night that the hot tub was not heating. He immediately responded and said he would have someone out asap. The next night I messaged if someone would be coming out to fix the hot tub, 24 hours later he responded that someone would come look at it within the hour. No one ever showed up. I did reach out 3 more times that we would like some form of compensation for not having a working hot tub for our entire stay. We never received a response from the host. I also reached out to VRBO because the host was not responding to my messages. VRBO said they cannot take any action because I do not have any proof that the hot tub was not working.
