We know you will feel at home the minute you step through the doors of this bright and spacious two bedroom apartment. With large windows showcasing mesmerising views of the glistening waters and Marina skyline. Minimalistic with pops of colour can be used to describe the interior of this modern apartment.

The apartment features an open plan kitchen which is integrated in the spacious living area. Cook up a storm in this fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your delicious meals at the high bar styled counter seating four. After dinner relax in the living area on the plush sofa with a book or watch a movie on the big screen TV.

The living room also features a small desk and comfortable chair creating quiet nook for you should you require a tranquil work from home space. In the evenings, step out onto the balcony and watch the twinkling city lights while you plan your next days’ adventure. In the bedrooms you will find oversized beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which are so soft and cosy, lay in longer enjoying your morning coffee.

The master bedroom has ample wardrobe space, small private balcony and en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have modern finishes with Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities leaving feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

The building also features a private beach with direct access, infinity swimming pool, gymnasium and one private on site car park.

Please note that as Emaar Beachfront is a new development, there is active construction all around the apartment.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
