The Surf House at Margaritaville!

Make yourself at home at The Surf House in the heart of Tan Tar A Estates, within the Margaritaville Resort gated community! Enjoy convenient (paid) access to Margaritaville Resort activities such as Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, Fin City Arcade & Bowling, Mini-Golf, The Oaks Golf Course, Horseback Riding, boat slip rentals, WaveRunner rentals, paddle boat rentals and access to multiple pools! This gorgeous home has views of the Oaks Golf Course, and is equipped with two large hotel style rooms on the lower level, and a large master suite and living area up top! After a day of play, relax and unwind at one of two pools, at the spa in Margaritaville, or at the swim up bar and heated pool at Land Shark Bar and Grill!

Kitchen and Dining Area

The kitchen includes all the essentials for staying in and cooking, including a Keurig coffee maker, new stainless-steel appliances, ambiance lighting, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining room features a glass top table with seating for six with a view out the sliding glass doors.

Living Room

The living room has a couch, loveseat, flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace, sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony, and a foosball table for some friendly competition!

Master Suite

Just off the dining room is the Master suite. Windows on three sides make it feel as you are sleeping in the treetops! It features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

Bathroom 1

There is a full bathroom upstairs off the living room with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom is on the lower level and features two queen-sized beds, three chairs, nightstand, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the lower balcony. There is a closet, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom also is on the lower level and features two queen-sized beds, two chairs, nightstand, flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open up to the balcony. There is a closet, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Outside

There are 2 levels of balconies on the home. You will find seating on both levels as well as a charcoal grill and a gas grill. There is parking for 3 cars outside. This home is secluded in the trees, but also has a view of the golf course and pond fountain across the golf cart path!

Neighborhood Description

Tan Tar A estates is a neighborhood within Margaritaville's gated community. You can visit two different pools that are exclusive to Tan Tar A Estates HOA members and their guests. You can also pay to use some of the extra amenities at Margaritaville Resort! You are just minutes away from Redheads yacht Club, Land Shark Bar and Grill, and Margaritaville Resort.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
